In the framework of the 20th anniversary of its foundation, the Latin American Coordination of Countryside Organizations (CLOC-Via Campesina) will organize its 6th Congress to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from April 10-17, 2015. There will also be peasant women and youth assemblies. The congress aims at “food sovereignty supported on Integral and Popular Agrarian Reforms to produce the food our peoples and humanity need to ensure their development for lands, territories and peasant/indigenous seeds, generated in a relationship of love with nature, with Mother Earth, which shows us the paths towards Good Living”. Real World Radio will participate in the communication work around this Congress, together with the team of CLOC-Via Campesina.

“As women, we are the ones who maintain hope. And I think that while we do this, we need to encourage many other women and tell them to dare to go out, to raise their voices, to avoid being afraid to speak.
