The Alternative World Water Forum will take place in Marseille, France, from March 14-17, 2012. This is a space built as an alternative to expose the appropriation of water management by the 6th World Water Forum organized by the World Water Council, one of the main voices of the World Bank and transnational corporations. Organizations claiming water as a fundamental human right will gather in Marseille in favor of an ecological and democratic water management and the establishment of a world movement in defense of the resource. Real World Radio will cover the event from France with Danilo Urrea of CENSAT-Agua Viva Colombia as correspondent.
