2013 Special Broadcasts / 5ta. Fiesta de la Semilla Criolla - Uruguay

Del 12 al 14 de abril de 2013 en Valle Edén, departamento de Tacuarembó, norte de Uruguay, se desarrolla la 5ta. Fiesta Nacional de la Semilla Criolla y la Producción Familiar por la Soberanía Alimentaria. Con músicas, encuentro de productores de todo el Uruguay, intercambio de semillas y exposiciones sobre la importancia de esta herencia de vida y futuro, tendrá lugar esta fiesta que será transmitida por Radio Mundo Real. Mientras en los distintos territorios crece la agricultura transgénica y la forestación trasnacional, rescatamos y revalorizamos la semilla nativa y criolla para nuestra Soberanía Alimentaria. La Fiesta es organizada por la Red de Rescate y Revalorización de Semillas Criollas y Nativas del Uruguay, conformada por más de 20 grupos locales de productores familiares, Redes - Amigos de la Tierra Uruguay y la Facultad de Agronomía de la Universidad de la República.
